✓ unavailability of resource, material or any such event at Super Help level, we shall consider credits based on solicitor approvals as case on case basis.
✓ SuperHelpy does not take any responsibility for jewellery, mobile phones, missing items kept suspended or any surface, our staff may not check loose items and carry with their prescribed tasks.
✓ Clients need to ensure that they have done the valid checks, listing of items, safeguarding of valuables. You may also do a self check on our staff. No complaints will be entertained and SuperHelpy holds no responsibility for any missing thing or valuables at the service place.
✓ Precaution must be taken to remove/cover any groceries, food items or containers while cleaning the premises to prevent dust and contamination with chemicals.
✓ Any pending work or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service done. We will not be responsible for any complaints after 24 hours of service delivery.
✓ Service does not include cleaning of household waste, or Human/animal excrement/fluids or leftovers.
✓ In the event of service deviation other than agreed, extra charges may be levied based on inspection and notification.
Aged, permanent and stubborn stains/marks will be treated to the best of our ability. We may not offer 100% assurance on hard & old stains as more scrubbing may damage the Surface as our experts use specialised chemicals for spot or mark treatments.
Since we are not manufacturing materials, equipments, cleaning agents and chemicals, we do not investigate, represent or endorse the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, validity or reliability of any products, services, other promotions or materials, including advice, ratings, and recommendations contained on, distributed throughout partners.
